We will help you get started with yoga. At Yoga in ME, yoga isn’t about getting onto the cover of a yoga magazine, it’s about feeling better, having more energy, and enjoying the things in life that matter to us. No flexibility needed.
Come join us to find your Yoga in YOU!
Students often tell us they know yoga can help alleviate back pain, improve balance, help with sleep, and more, but that they are convinced they can’t do it. Maybe they think they’re not flexible enough. Maybe they are worried that everyone in class will be yoga super-models – except them. Once they take that first step and get into the studio, they discover that everyone else in class is just a regular person too! And very soon, they start to feel a tangible difference in overall health and well-being: their body feels better, balance improves, range of motion increases, sleep improves, and they just generally start to feel a greater sense of ease and joy in their lives.
